The Razorback 67+ Hedgecutter
Unmatched Reach, Exceptional Comfort
Designed for operators who need greater flexibility and enhanced visibility, the Razorback 67+ sets a new standard in hedgecutting efficiency. With a true 6.7m reach, this machine is built to provide the perfect balance of extended range and precise control.
The 67+ features a fixed forward-reach arm with a unique additional one-metre telescopic boom which gives an additional one-metre reach in the forward position. This is a unique benefit to the 67+ unlike traditional variable forward reach machines which sacrifice reach for visibility.
This configuration significantly improves visibility from the tractor cab, reducing the need for constant head turning and enhancing operator awareness of the work area. Not only boosting safety but also minimises fatigue, the 67+ allows for greater comfort and less strain on the operator.
Stability You Can Rely On
Like the Razorback 57, the 67+ features Razorback’s tensegrity-based hitch system, ensuring superior stabilisation and a balanced, steady operation. This system ensures the hedgecutter remains in equilibrium, preventing the typical twisting and lifting associated with traditional 3-point linkage systems. The result is smooth, controlled performance in all conditions.
Flail Head Series with ACI Technology
The Razorback 67+ is equipped with the same versatile flail head options as the 57 model, including 1.2m and 1.5m widths with soft-start rotors and heavy-duty forged hammer flails. These heads deliver a clean, efficient cut across both hedge and verge. The optional Active Contour Intelligence (ACI) system ensures that the cutting height adjusts automatically to the terrain, significantly boosting productivity while reducing operator fatigue.
Compact Design
Designed with a streamlined, compact structure, the Razorback 67+ enhances operator visibility while simplifying maintenance. Its clean, efficient design optimises airflow, ensuring effective heat dissipation for consistent, high-performance operation.
The 67+’s balanced design further improves control, especially on uneven terrain or when working at varying angles. This increased stability contributes to a smoother, more efficient cutting experience, boosting both safety and productivity throughout extended use.

Superior Stabilisation
With the Razorback 67+’s unique hitch system based on the principles of tensegrity, the hedgecutter is suspended in a state of equilibrium ensuring superior stability across the machine.
This stability translates into a balanced and steady operation, with the hedgecutter no longer acting to twist and lift the tractor link arms which is a common trait of standard 3-point-linkage hitches, and creates a stable relationship between hedgecutter and tractor.
With a series of turnbuckles, setup and adjustment is quick and simple, and allows operators to swiftly and easily swap tractors, or balance the system for optimum control.

Flail Head Series
- Adjustable front hood and rear roller suits both hedge and verge mowing operations
- Softstart rotor available in 1.2m and 1.5m widths, fitted with heavy duty forged hammer flails
- Unique hood design allows for better trash flow and efficient cutting action
ACI: Active Contour Intelligence
As standard the Razorback 67+ is available with a 1.2m or 1.5m flail head with soft start rotor and heavy duty forged hammer flails offering an exceptional cut across both hedge and verge. In addition, for operators looking to seamlessly control cutting height on the go, the head can be configured with Razorback’s Active Contour Intelligence.
The Razorback ACI system is an intelligent active suspension that accurately tracks and reacts to the contours of the verge for hands-free height adjustment.
Coveted by verge mowing contractors, Razorback’s ACI technology significantly increases output and productivity while reducing operator fatigue.
The ACI system features a spring suspended rear roller which actively tracks the contours of the ground and adjusts the cutting height according to the parameters set by the operator. This intelligent system ensures operators are in full control of the reaction of the head and can set the scope of movement accordingly, depending on terrain and level of response required.
